Subject: Governing Documents & Restrictions, Rules & Regulations
Dear Lake Charles Homeowner:
Based on the laws of Florida pertaining to homeowners’ violations, the Board of Directors have designed
a new procedure in the handling of violations more efficiently. This new procedure will take effect October 1st
2006. Please use this grace period to correct any violations that may exist on your property.
A copy of the Violation Procedure is attached for your review, along with a copy of the Lake Charles Quick Reference
Guide which outlines the Association’s Restrictions, Rules and Regulations pursuant to Article 9, Section 3, Page 15
of the Governing Documents. Please insert this Guide into your Governing Document book (Blue Book) for future reference.
Your Blue Book defines all the Governing Documents, By-Laws and Amendment changes for the Lake Charles Homeowners
Association. If you cannot locate your Blue Book, you can contact Bayshore Management at (772) 871-0004 to obtain another
book. The cost of the Blue Book is $50.00.
If you are a homeowner renting your unit to another individual, it is your responsibility to make sure the renter
is aware of our bylaw, rules and regulations.
